“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”
-WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE

The Service League of Cherokee County is a tangible way to make a difference in your local community. As a group, the League epitomizes the virtue of service. Cherokee County children benefit from league members volunteerism and fundraising efforts.
Every member commits 10 years of service to the league. Every league member commits to at least 50 hours of annual service, which is earned by attending league meetings, participating in league events like Riverfest, Run for the Children, and Golfing for the Children, and participating in league-sponsored community service projects that support other local non-profits.
Applications for the league open in December of each year, allowing those who have a heart of service for the community to apply. If you want to know more about our league, follow us on our social media!
